IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND CHARGES
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. These charges are set by the destination country and become the buyer’s responsibility. We are unable to mark a paid order as a “gift.” Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs and delays could entail prior to purchasing.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING EMAILS
ALL UK shipping is 2nd class and will have an approximate 3 working days delivery turnaround time with Royal Mail. UK orders will have a signed for delivery and can be tracked. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted.
Shipping orders to Europe and Worldwide will take between 3 to 14 working days delivery, depending on your location’s delivery address and orders will not have a tracking function attached.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted within 24 hours. Once your shipment is prepared, you will receive an email notification. For pre-orders, your order will not ship until we have restocked. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
For pre-orders, processing time or an estimated shipping date will be clearly noted in the product description of the item you order. In-stock products ship up to 2 business days later.
SHIPMENT OF ORDER
We will ship orders to the address you indicate once your make your online purchase. Upon our delivery of your items to Royal Mail, the Strive and Thrive daily business plannerTM is no longer responsible for the shipment. You will be responsible for filing a claim with Royal Mail for damaged or lost shipments, and we will quickly proceed once a resolution has been determined. We’ll be happy to walk you through this process
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

For international orders shipped via Royal Mail or Parcel Force once the package leaves US or UK soil, the US or UK carrier does not have any control over delivery. If tracking states that your package has arrived in its destination country, you must contact your local post office or carrier to work with them to have the package delivered.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Typically, shipments will take 3 business days with the Royal Mail from the date your package is dispatched. Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery of an order you’ve placed, it will be returned to the Strive and Thrive daily business plannerTM and you will receive a refund for the merchandise, minus the return shipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged/defective item, please contact us with your name, order number, and nature of the issue. For damages/defects, please attach a photo. We will generate a pre-paid return shipping label (for UK shipments) for you to ship the item back to us. However, please note that we don’t provide a pre-paid return shipping label for non-UK orders.
