Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

We stock our products in warehouses in the UK. We currently ship worldwide. A variety of shipping services will be offered at the checkout point so that you may select the one that best fits your needs. Orders of in-stock products are processed within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that the handling time is in ADDITION to shipping time. 

We do not charge a handling fee for the distribution of The Strive and Thrive Daily Business Planner™. All shipping costs are based solely on weight and destination and provided directly by the shipping provider.

SHIPMENT OF ORDER

We will ship orders to the address that you indicate upon checkout. Orders are typically shipped via Royal Mail for U.K orders and U.S orders. Once your order is received by the postal carrier, The Strive and Thrive Daily Business PlannerTM is no longer responsible for the shipment. You are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments, and we will quickly proceed once a resolution has been determined. We will be more than happy to walk you through this process should the situation arise.

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship our planners to the UK, France and Worldwide. Additional charges may incur for worldwide shipping.

PRICING

UK          £27.89 including VAT & Delivery

Europe    £34.70 including VAT & Delivery

Worldwide  £41.40 including VAT & Delivery (price varies depending on country location)

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via paypal (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 working days.

RETURN POLICY

No cover style changes, cancellations, returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.

If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged/defective item, please contact us with your name, order number, and nature of the issue. For damages/defects, please attach a photo. We will generate a pre-paid return shipping label (for UK shipments) for you to ship the item back to us.

However, please note that we don’t provide a pre-paid return shipping label for non-UK orders.
